The Atari 2600, Nintendo Entertainment System & Playstation 2 featured some of the most iconic (also lovely) controllers about - these renders were made for Game Paused's'Everyday is Play' book.
Made for Idle & Exhibition Play Video Game
An experimental game made for exhibition-specific play. Using an accelerometer & arduino-based 3D-printed controller, you tilt to change wind force & direction - guiding a character through three simple obstacles.
When a viewer puts the controller down, the game goes into an idle state ready to introduce the next player to the game-world without a hard reset.
An attempt at designed chaos, the original poster layout was digitally corrupted through removing and switching out lines from it's .jpg code... stuff. Once deteriation was satisfactory, it was re-aligned to a grid and animated.
